Tens of thousand of people in northwest Louisiana area are struggling to provide food for their families. If you fit into this criteria, The Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana is the agency that may be able to assist you or your family. Free pharmacy and health care clinic
The Shreveport Louisiana based Martin Luther King Health Center provide care for all residents of Caddo Parish. The clinic is the oldest free pharmacy and healthcare clinic in the state. There may be some free basic dental services as well for the low-income or uninsured.
Doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals at the clinic work to offer and extend comprehensive, free primary healthcare and pharmacy services to people who can’t otherwise afford top pay for their medical or hospital bills. Thousands of patients are assisted each year.
