Osceola County low income medical programs needed

Good afternoon. My name is Linda and I am an Oncology Nurse Advocate. I have a client who lives in Osceola County and is in need of services to help pay or supplement care for a potential life-threatening illness. They have no insurance and are very low income so can't afford regular medical care from a doctor. They can't afford the emergency room and what else would you recommend? Could you please call me as soon as possible to guide me to some programs that she might be eligible for?
