Rental expenses can be paid in an emergency by agencies across Washington County as well as nearby Beaver Pennsylvania. Tenants that are facing eviction, seniors, and disabled individuals are some of the main beneficiaries of these grants which can be used to pay a portion of rent that is due.

The Homeless Assistance Program is used to stop evictions. The non-profit also offers social services as well as applications to one time rent help from grants and more.
Emergency Solution Grants of Beaver County is for struggling families with a source of income. There may be HUD approved funds for rent, mortgage, or similar bills. Outreach is available. Staff will help with processing applications to financial aid for rent. They also refer the working poor to section 8 vouchers, assist the disabled with referrals to emergency rental programs, and help with utility disconnections.
