The apartment communities are staffed by Leasing Agents, Social Service Coordinators, and Property Managers. Together they assist tenants with securing community resources, handle all leasing activities, conduct tenant meetings, and assist with any other need tenant activities.
The non-profits and its staff partner with other agencies and charities that provide clients with access to temporary and/or transitional housing. The main job of VOA is to provide financial case management to ensure the clients income covers expenses, including their rent, to keep people in their housing.
