Low-income families facing a hardship in Snohomish County Washington can get free clothes, back to school supplies, clothes, household goods, furniture and more from a clothing closet or furniture bank. Many items are distributed from these distribution centers. What may be available includes free school supplies, work or interview clothes, winter coats, appliances, couches and more. Restrictions are in place by many of the sites, with free stuff focused on seniors, single moms or dads or people with no money. Also, the availability of goods and inventory may be limited. However each charity or non-profit will do its best to meet the demands of the community. Get everything from a free laptop for work or school to boots, winter coats, appliances, sneakers, socks, a bed, refrigerator or freezer and other items.

Many of the Snohomish County organizations focus on meeting the needs of students, the homeless, and senior citizens in the region. Additional seasonal programs, such as free birthday toys or holiday assistance, may be provided as well. The charity offers free infant layettes, clothing, diapers and more to pregnant women in need. Basic household furniture, including tables or beds, can be offered to the low income who are moving into a new home. There is a free clothing closets and stuff for low-income people in Snohomish County, including immigrants.

Free school clothes and supplies are offered by many organizations and schools in Snohomish County. Clients need to reside in that district in order to get help. While resources may vary, in general they provide free school wardrobes, hygiene kits, backpacks, book bags, and other school supplies. Some have electrinics, such as a free tablet for students. The government helps struggling families. There is referrals to Angel Tree for Christmas toys, a free back to school supply drive with shoes, bags, and uniforms, clothes from a clothing bank, and more. Salvation Army thrift stores and social services
The faith based church offers assistance in Snohomish County. A free furniture and clothing bank, low cost thrift store with vintage goods, kitchen supplies and more.
