A number of services are provided by free food banks, soup kitchens and free, emergency pantries in the Portland Oregon area. Salvation Army Portland region
There are multiple locations. A few are below.  Each has a free food pantry, soup kitchen, and holiday meals or services too. This includes free Thanksgiving dinners or Christmas meals.
