Aspermont Small Business Development Center - This is the community action agency that provides coverage to the region. Salvation Army - The charity supports all counties, including Kent, Haskell and others. Some of the assistance programs administer include free food as well as emergency overnight shelter. There are also hot meals, emergency financial aid services (such as rent and utility bills) for residents of the surrounding area.
The Salvation Army also arranges residential substance abuse treatment, disaster services, and counseling. Christian Ministries - The center provides a food pantry, no matter the persons religion. They focus there support on Haskell County, but referrals may be given to other charities.
