Free clothes, furniture, school supplies and clothing closets in Denver region.

The entire Denver Colorado metro area is supported by a number of free clothing closets, furniture banks, and charities that help struggling households. They give free stuff such as furniture, diapers, clothes, back to school supplies, computers as well as many other basic needs to the low income. Find where to get free stuff in the counties of Jefferson, Denver Adams, and Arapahoe County below.

The items distributed will vary greatly based on donations as well as seasons. This can include free clothes for babies and pregnant moms, free birthday toys, back to school supplies for kids in counties including Denver or Jefferson (and other regions), as well as laptops. Or get free household goods such as appliances, hygiene items, affordable furniture, and Christmas assistance.

While most of the agencies will try to provide the items for free, some centers may resort to selling gently used goods at a low cost. People of all ages and genders can receive help and applicants come from all nearby counties, including Jefferson, Adams, Arapahoe and many others. They will also try to provide clothing for activities that can lead to self-sufficiency. So this means people who are going on an interview or starting a new job can get professional work attire.

Children and students can get free school supplies, winter coats and uniforms. Or a low income family moving into a home or apartment can get free beds, tables, or other furniture. A number of other assistance programs are offered in Denver as well.
