The non-profit will also initiate special community projects and programs. The resources available from the partnership are extensive.

Weatherization is available for both multiple family homes and single, and is an option for both homeowners and rental tenants. The process begins from the Rockland Community Action Partnership with an on-site evaluation, inspection and energy audit, performed by a trained specialist. Based on the resulting recommendations, the work is then performed by experienced specialists.
