Multiple parishes give away free stuff. Most items provided are clothes. The churches help single moms or dads, migrant workers, vets, and people with no money in Clark County. Everything from emergency financial help to back to school supply giveaway for low-income families, meals, and housing is offered. There are also free seasonal programs, such as for birthday toys, in addition to used clothes or a thrift store. Kids from grades K to 12 can get belts, jeans, jackets, shoes or sneakers, notebooks, pens and more for the school year.
