Friend living in south St Petersburg is in need of help from private detective for surveillance of neighbors trespassing and causing property destruction to her home on a daily basis. This person is currently on medical disability and can't afford this service but without proof of this activity the St Pete PD nor the city council claims they can help. Any assistance is welcome and appreciated!
