Free school supplies Denver County.

Denver County students can get free school supplies from a number of local charities, non-profits, and even school districts. There are events and giveaway programs held during the year, including summer and fall, that provide low income families with free back to school supplies, uniforms, clothes, laptops and other items they need. Find a list of agencies and programs below that focus on this, or if more assistance is needed, try free clothing closets in Denver.

There are school items for kids ranging from kindergarten to high school. Whether they need more general school items (like bookbags, pens, pencils, notebooks, etc.) or clothes (including uniforms, shoes, pants, dresses, etc.) there is assistance available. Most charities in Denver provide free school supplies on a first come and served basis, so applications and registration should be done as early as possible.

Volunteers and donations are always needed in Colorado. Gift cards from stores such as Wal-Mart or Target, coat drives, backpacks, laptops, winter gear, Chromebooks or computers and many other items are needed. Therefore both donate or apply for free school supply giveaways or drives below.
