The Salvation Army in Deschutes County may be able to help low income and working poor families address basic needs. The main programs include free food as well as rent and utility assistance. Other items at the pantry can include Toilet Paper/ Paper Towels, Personal Items such as shampoo, lotion, soap, diapers etc.
